Get personal!

Hello Mobile includes a voicemail feature and can be personalised with your own greeting. Voicemail can be set up by dialling 121 and following the prompts. Once activated, your calls will be automatically put through to voicemail when:

  • Your mobile phone is turned off
  • You are on another call
  • You are in an area with poor or no network coverage
  • You fail to answer within seven rings

To retrieve messages from your Hello Mobile or any other mobile, simply dial 121 and follow the prompts

NB: Calls to the Hello Mobile Voicemail are charged at 0c per minute plus flag fall ON SUPA PLAN!!!
